Handmade/small batch products can vary in color, texture, or contain small imperfections. Though bath products cannot be returned we aim to please our customers, so if there is ever a problem with your order please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to come to an agreeable solution.
Shipping
We offer shipping anywhere in the United States. Orders, when in stock, will usually ship the same day or the next. For customers creating a custom order, we will contact you with the shipping timeframe once the order is placed. Most products (except soaps) will be made and sent within 3 days. Custom soap orders may take 6-8 weeks to fully cure before they can be mailed.
